About the program

For the next 4 weeks, you are going to follow THE SAME workouts week after week. You have a 3 day layout for you and each week as you repeat the same movements, your reps will change as this is a progressive overload program. You will also notice a section with nutrition tips and advice to actually build your glutes. Because by only doing these workouts, results wont be the same, but if you learn to fuel it properly, you WILL see a difference in the 4 weeks period.
